No Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Because our products are designed for emergency preparedness, we cannot restock or resell items once they have left our facility. This policy ensures every customer receives gear that is brand new, secure, and fully reliable.


Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Info@gobagsofficial.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund, if a replacement is not available

Order Issues

If you entered the wrong shipping address or made a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately at info@gobagsofficial.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The item is defective
  • The item was damaged in transit
  • The wrong product was received

If Approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
