Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- High order volume during launches or promotions
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package
Lost or Stolen Packages
GoBags is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us at info@gobagsofficial.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
